Job summary

ElectriBuilt, based in Fort Worth, is seeking a Logistics Manager to direct movement, storage, and shipment of materials and finished products across the facility. You will own inbound receiving, inventory control, internal material flow, and outbound shipping, including oversized loads.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in logistics management, proven leadership of Material Handlers, and strong knowledge of ERP systems and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of logistics, shipping, or warehouse management experience, with 2+ years supervising a team.
• Experience coordinating freight, including LTL/FTL and oversized/heavy-haul transport.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/inventory systems and shipping documentation.
• Understanding of DOT, OSHA, and import/export compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics: inbound receiving, safe-keeping, inventory control, internal material flow, and outbound shipping.
• Plan and coordinate the transport of finished products such as skids and e-house, including oversized/overweight loads, permits, escorts, and specialized carriers.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers; control freight spend and service levels.
• Oversee a team of Material Handlers performing receiving, factory cell loading wrapping, and shipping.
• Oversee shipping documentation — bills of lading, packing lists, customs/export paperwork, and certificates of origin for domestic and international shipments.
• Direct safe-keeping and inventory operations, including receiving accuracy, storage, kitting/staging, and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and transaction integrity in the ERP system; drive improvements in material flow and space utilization.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and project management to align material availability and shipment timing with build schedules.
• Manage crating, packaging, rigging, and load‑out of skids to protect high‑value equipment in transit.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, hazmat, and applicable import/export regulations.
• Track and report logistics KPIs (on‑time shipment, freight cost, inventory accuracy, dock‑to‑stock time).
• Coordinate documentation, scheduling and remediation of defective materials
• Develop and improve logistics processes, layouts, and systems to support facility growth.
• Consistently makes decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.
• Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.

About the Position

The Logistics Manager directs the movement, storage, and shipment of materials and finished products across the facility. This role owns inbound receiving, safe-keeping and inventory operations, internal material flow to production, and outbound shipping — including the planning and execution of oversized and heavy-haul transport for completed products. The Logistics Manager ensures materials and units move safely, on time, and cost-effectively to keep production on schedule and customers' delivery commitments met. All work will be aligned with all Company policies, procedures, key objectives and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of logistics, shipping, or warehouse management experience, with 2+ years supervising a team.
• Experience coordinating freight, including LTL/FTL and oversized/heavy-haul transport.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/inventory systems and shipping documentation.
• Understanding of DOT, OSHA, and import/export compliance requirements.
• Forklift and material handling equipment familiarity; ability to obtain certification.
• Experience shipping large industrial equipment, skids, modules, or e-houses.
• Lean/Six Sigma or APICS/CSCMP certification.
• Project logistics experience in a make‑to‑order manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with hyperscale data center owners or EPC firms highly desirable.
• Project management or Lean/Six Sigma experience.
