Job summary

NAVAIR in the Missions Systems, Logistics Department invites a Logistics Management Specialist to serve as a Deputy Assistant Program Manager (DAPML) supporting PMA 213. You will lead ILS plans, contribute to SPB readiness, and analyze new systems for supportability and maintainability in a government acquisitions context.

The role requires coordination with DAC and RCB activities, ensuring readiness across programs and adherence to federal logistics requirements.

Responsibilities

• Senior member of the acquisition team for assigned projects/programs preparing and implementing integrated logistics support (ILS) plans for DOD weapon/target acquisition and in-service systems/equipment.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of documentation to support the SPB process and participate in Reliability Control Boards (RCBs), or other readiness initiatives.
• Support the Degrader Action Cell (DAC) lead by providing required data on top degraders.
• Participate in Reliability Control Boards (RCBs), or other readiness initiatives.
• Participate in the design and development of new systems by assessing the supportability and maintainability of proposed systems and technology applications.

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Missions Systems, Logistics Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. You will be serving as a Deputy Assistant Program Manager (DAPML) and will support the Naval Air Traffic Management Systems Program Office - PMA 213.
