Job summary

The Structures Company, a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency, is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to support apprenticeship onboarding and program logistics in Littleton, CO. You will coordinate onboarding for cohorts, set up training classrooms, and maintain tracking reports.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable processes, preparing grant funding materials with the Data Analyst, auditing files, and producing program reports.

Qualifications

• Must have IT background for computer setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with onboarding logistics for large groups.
• Ability to set up training classrooms and computers.
• Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Experience with file and record auditing for compliance.
• Familiarity with grant funding preparation and dissemination.
• Ability to coordinate event logistics including graduation ceremonies.
• Experience with program reporting and data analysis.

• Organizes and prepares onboarding materials for new apprentices.
• Coordinates program graduation ceremony logistics.
• Performs program report pulls and audits tracking candidate files.
• Audits electronic files for each cohort during and after the program.
• Assists with program invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepares and disseminates grant funding streams in coordination with the Data Analyst.
• Provides attendance tracking and process control for the apprenticeship program.

PAY RATE: $28.00/hour
