This on-site position features 12-hour rotating day shifts and requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include loading, sampling, paperwork, and equipment operation, with involvement in maintenance and housekeeping to ensure reliable throughput.

Qualifications

• Requires basic literacy and ability to operate within safety procedures.
• Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
• On-site, shift-based role with mandatory overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain storage and loading processes.
• Load ethanol into trucks and railcars.
• Load distiller’s grains into trucks, railcars, and containers.
• Take ethanol and grain samples for testing.
• Operate meters, bulk weighers, and scales for loading.
• Create tickets and driver paperwork.
• Move railcars with locomotives or rail movers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Participate in safety programs (LOTO, FSMA).
• Communicate with rail service to coordinate movements.
