In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products are loaded and unloaded efficiently, supporting smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities

1. Load and unload products from trucks and containers using manual labor, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
2. Organize products in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy access for order fulfillment.
3. Verify product quantities and maintain accurate documentation for shipments.
4. Inspect products for damage and report issues to the supervisor.
5. Prepare products for shipping, ensuring secure loading onto delivery trucks following safety protocols.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
7. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and coworkers.
8. Assist in inventory management through cycle counts and stock-related duties.

Requirements

1. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
2. Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified on the first day of employment are required.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
4. Strong attention to detail for accurate handling and shipping of products.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
7. Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
