Job summary

Walmart is offering a Load Logistics Manager Intern position in Bentonville, AR as part of a 11-week summer program within the Transportation organization. The internship provides hands-on projects and direct access to leadership across the enterprise.

You will contribute to end-to-end delivery initiatives, gain exposure to executive-led sessions, and participate in networking, community events, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program currently.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027-August 2028.
• IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of multiple departments and duties within the facility as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates both verbally and in writing.
• Assist in monitoring productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Support dispatch of drivers while complying with DOT regulations.
• Identify and resolve concerns of associates, customers, and suppliers.
• Support the execution of business plans to meet facility goals related to production, quality, and safety.
