• Use shipping software to ship and track packages and coordinate trailers.
• Ensure on-time dock performance and optimal trailer utilization.
• Escalate barriers to Operations Leaders and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Support daily load planning, labor allocation and cross-dock coordination.
