KBR is seeking a Logistics Liaison Officer to coordinate between contractor logistics operations and U.S. Pacific Fleet stakeholders for the ILS2 program in Hawaii.

The role emphasizes external coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement to ensure mission readiness. The ideal candidate has a business/logistics degree with 10–15 years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain required security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with focus on logistics or supply chain.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in logistics within military, government, or contractor environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of logistics support processes and mission coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to obtain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary logistics liaison between contractor operations and PACFLT stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics requirements, priorities, and communications across supported organizations.
• Facilitate resolution of operational issues affecting logistics support activities.
• Provide situational awareness and visibility into logistics operations and resource requirements.
• Support integration and synchronization of contractor logistics activities with PACFLT operations.
• Prepare reports, status updates, meeting materials, and coordination documentation.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with military, government, and contractor personnel.
