Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee warehouse, logistics and transportation activities across our hubs and inspection centers. You will lead a team, drive safety, coordinate scheduling, and support vehicle transporters to maintain efficient operations.

You will validate processes, monitor KPIs, and manage third-party transactions. This role demands strong communication, organization, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Warehouse, Logistics & Transportation activities.
• Lead and develop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive environment.
• Support team members with daily functions including scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading, and other tasks.
• Perform Validation of Process to ensure performance to work standards and expectations.
• Monitor team performance via KPI reporting and task assignments.
• Process specialized inventory using RFID scanners and Tablets.
• Manage Third Party (3P) transactions: inbound/outbound trips, inspection of receivables, and sign-off.
