ZF-Foxconn Chassis Modules in Duncan, SC is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor (Logistics) to lead production logistics personnel and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and scheduling while driving continuous improvement and waste reduction.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of leadership experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Lean principles, KPI tracking, and SAP/MS Project or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4-5+ years related experience in logistics/supervision.
• Proven leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Understanding of Lean principles and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise logistics production personnel to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Coach and mentor team leaders and employees; manage scheduling and training.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction; analyze operations and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and company procedures.
• Facilitate team meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Represent the team and coordinate with other departments to meet production goals.
