Job summary

Schindler Group in York, PA is seeking an Associate Logistics Coordinator to oversee the flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain, supporting the Elevator Consolidation Hub and direct deliveries to NI Field Operations.

You will assist with inventory audits, track KPI metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and strengthen relationships with customers, 3PLs, and coworkers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the flow of materials, products, and information in the supply chain.
• Coordinate transportation for YORK & ECH Commodity Product Line direct deliveries to NI Field Operations.
• Assist inventory audits and warehouse production activities.
• Track delivery performance and discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Build relationships with customers, 3PLs, and coworkers.
• Maintain safety compliance and continuous improvement.
• Concentrate on customer satisfaction.
