M.C. Dean is seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee warehouse inventory, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment across sensitive government and contractor assets. You will ensure accuracy, maintain secure storage, and support audits with strong IT and data-entry skills.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years in inventory roles, plus meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work closely with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of inventory/warehouse management experience.
• Or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years in similar roles.
• Ability to manage accurate physical inventories and audits.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track discrepancies and inventory turnover.
• Maintain secure, organized storage locations with access controls.
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory; ensure proper barcoding.
• Fill and ship orders on time; ensure regulatory compliance (ITAR/exports).
• Analyze quantity-to-maintain and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate transfers, sales, and disposition of inventory.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues; document discrepancies.
