JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Associate I to handle routine tasks in a warehouse environment in San Diego. You will pull materials from inventory, package customer orders for shipment, and process them using automated or manual shipping systems.

The role also involves stocking locations, maintaining orderly workspaces, and assisting with materials for production. Responsibilities include picking, packing, cycle counting, and ensuring inventory accuracy while following EH&S policies.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma and 0-2 years experience in materials distribution (shipping/receiving/inventory control) or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn shipping software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Sorts orders, picks products from inventory, and prepares goods for shipment according to temperature requirements.
• Packs orders requiring dry ice and processes outbound orders using shipping systems.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and records, cycle counts, and replenishes supplies as needed.
• Operates forklift or Company vehicle as directed and keeps warehouse area clean and organized.
• Provides accurate, timely, and courteous service to customers and supports EH&S policies.
