• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, team-oriented settings.

Responsibilities

• Support TMS and logistics technology initiatives including data validation and testing.
• Assist with data analysis and mapping between logistics systems and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Logistics, IT, Procurement, and Operations to document requirements.
• Document current and future logistics workflows; help maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Support carrier onboarding and master data management; assist with EDI activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide feedback to the implementation team.
• Research logistics best practices and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
