You will ensure trained staff, equipment and facilities support efficient labeling, fulfillment and inspection, while managing scheduling and performance evaluations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem solving and communication to drive continuous improvement and day-to-day operations in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership role or demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and develop working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower to ensure timely execution of production needs daily.
• Approve electronic timekeeping and PTO requests for records.
• Coordinate with leads/trainers to identify growth opportunities.
• Assign team members to tasks and assist with other needs.
• Collaborate with technical team on process improvement projects.
• Communicate directives from management to production technicians.
• Participate in internal audits and CAPA activities.
• Monitor workflow and implement process changes based on deviations.
• Evaluate staff performance on daily activities.
