Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America in South Bend, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Logistics Center by performing picking, receiving, stocking, and loading duties. You will help ensure accuracy and timely processing to meet customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least basic English for training and safety, with options for overtime and advancement opportunities. This position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required for Level I roles, but preferred
• Level II roles require at least 1 year of forklift/machine operating experience

Responsibilities

• Verify products to reduce errors while picking, cycle counting, put away, and receiving to meet 100% customer satisfaction
• Receive and properly store packages
• Maintain cycle count integrity in inventory control
• Load/unload and handle trucks/trailers appropriately
• Unpack and verify goods received against orders or invoices
• Complete all pick processes: Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift as needed
