Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Logistics Center in South Bend, Indiana. The role supports timely, accurate order fulfillment and inventory control across picking, receiving, and loading/unloading activities.

The position offers strong growth potential with OT opportunities and benefits, including 401K match, PTO, and health insurance, while requiring clear communication in English for training and safety.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required for level I, but preferred.
• Level II requires at least 1 year of forklift/machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify products during picking, cycle counting, put away, and receiving to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure packages are received and stored properly.
• Maintain integrity of cycle count process in inventory control.
• Load/unload goods from trucks/trailers safely and efficiently.
• Unpack goods and check against PO or invoices.
• Complete all pick processes: Paper Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items; may operate a forklift.
