Sauder Woodworking Co. is seeking a Logistics/Order Fulfillment Team Member in Archbold, Ohio. The role focuses on processing daily workload assignments to ensure on-time, complete shipments and maintaining a safe work environment.

The position requires driving privileges and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). The role may involve 1st or 2nd shift hours, with a $2/hour premium on 2nd shift and opportunities for performance-based increases within the first year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain (company-sponsored).
• Ability to work 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11 PM).
• Strong communication and ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Process daily workload assignments to achieve on-time and complete shipments.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Pick, label, load, stage, inventory, warehouse, tug, dispatch, transguard tasks as needed.
• Handle sample setup, returns, parts storage, and UPS support as required.
