Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Specialist to coordinate freight and delivery activities. You will plan shipments, track deliveries, manage documentation, and stay in close contact with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective movements.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and a service-oriented mindset, with typical hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in transportation, shipping, or logistics support.
• Experience with TMS/ERP systems and understanding of shipping docs and freight terms.
• Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily transportation operations including load planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to confirm shipping arrangements and provide updates.
• Enter and maintain shipment data in TMS or ERP systems.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Monitor shipments and assist with delays or exceptions; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with procurement, customer service, and materials to support timely deliveries.
• Assist in compiling reports and performance metrics; identify process improvements.
