Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business analytics.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or data analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present to senior leadership.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-system environments (ERP/TMS).
• Interest in implementing AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
• Analyze results vs budget/forecast and explain variances.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for leadership.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow planning.
• Build financial models for scenarios and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decisions.
