The role requires a secret clearance, a valid driver’s license, and strong administrative and data-management skills. Training and cross-training opportunities are provided; a physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required prior to beginning support.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Excellent work ethics with strong verbal and written communication; detail oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timelines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to write military-style correspondence per AR 25-50.
• Enter data into multiple databases or spreadsheets; ensure accuracy.
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries using retrieved data.
• Research reasons for transaction errors and failures.
• Conduct searches for information on supply transactions and present in various formats.
• Maintain files per Army/DoD regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office to prepare reports in different formats.
• Attend and complete required training.
• Crosstrain with other contracted roles to cover absences.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs.

For opportunities in your area, check out our Careers page at www.1soi.com/careers.**Responsibilities:*** Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements.* Ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet marketing and financial objectives.* Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.* Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives.* Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.## Qualifications**Requirements:*** **Possess secret security clearance prior to beginning support of this effort as required and maintain said clearance throughout duration of support of this effort.*** Possess and maintains a valid state driver’s license.* Possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.* Be able to work in an environment that is fast paced while completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent timelines, including the ability to work independently without direct supervision.* Be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary, such as correspondence using the Army Writing System in accordance with AR 25-50.* Enter data into multiple databases or spreadsheets.* Ensure consistency and appropriate cross-referencing for both newly entered and previously entered data.
