Job summary

Amcor Flexibles' Mankato facility is seeking an energized Forklift Operator to support receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities. You will lead daily operational tasks, maintain a safe workspace, and ensure accurate inventory and order readiness using forklifts and related equipment.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional Saturday mornings. Competent in Microsoft Office and Amcor systems; prior forklift and shipping/receiving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Experience handling shipping/receiving duties and inventory checks.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate loading/unloading activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Amcor internal programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment and inspect equipment.
• Perform inventory control, verify loads, and execute pick/pack and staging tasks.
• Report issues to management and participate in team meetings.
