Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-5 years supervisory/management experience in warehousing, distribution or transportation.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, plus good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and material flow.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance with company policies.
• Interact with the customer daily to ensure satisfaction.
• Produce reports on production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing and discrepancies.
• Act as liaison between the company and customers to maintain positive relationships.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the customer or General Manager.
