Job summary

Eastman is seeking a Logistics Finance Analyst in the United States to partner with Supply Chain, Business Finance, and stakeholders. The role focuses on monitoring financial performance, supporting monthly close, and identifying optimization opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in finance/accounting and 3+ years of related experience, with strong analytical skills and experience in SAP and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a related functional area.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting of distribution expenses (freight, warehousing, duties).
• Use BPC to manage forecast inputs, scenario planning, and submissions across cycles.
• Analyze supply chain cost trends with SAP transactions, LeCost, Inventory Cube, and Sales & Earnings Cube.
• Identify spend drivers and recommend cost-optimization opportunities.
• Align distribution forecasts with supply chain initiatives and financial trends.
• Deliver multi-view financial analysis to Supply Chain leadership and prepare exec commentary.
