Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of SAP MM module and ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, route, and expeditｅ materials to meet production schedules.
• Assist with resolving material shortages and ensure proper routing of incoming materials.
• Engage with suppliers to confirm delivery commitments and expedite parts.
• Communicate order status, shipment details, and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor flow of materials between departments to meet commitments.
• Escalate delays and work with buyers and suppliers on recovery plans.
• Create and manage POs in SAP and related systems (IDAC, ECRs).
• Track hot incoming materials through to receipt in SAP.
