Job summary

Circle K in Georgia is seeking a Logistics Execution support specialist to assist the analytics team with data gathering, processing, and reporting on distribution planning indicators. The role involves coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate logistics operations.

You'll maintain logistics databases, support day-to-day communications, and help with report generation, while adhering to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with logistics or fuel dispatch software such as TMW, Telepoint, or similar systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of supply chain operations, transportation logistics, or inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of fuel supply chain.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customer service by addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues to analysts or managers as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company standards by assisting in documentation and record-keeping.
• Handling routine tasks such as report generation and follow-ups with internal teams.
• Providing after-hours support for emergencies under the guidance of analysts.
• Primarily office-based role but will visit truck operations from time to time.
