Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Project Engineer Specialist – Logistics to lead and deliver global logistics engineering initiatives within Ferrero Engineering. The role oversees design, implementation, and optimization of intralogistics across the manufacturing network, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

The candidate will drive CAPEX planning, apply Digital Twin/BIM approaches, and ensure projects align with quality, timing, cost, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Around 5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in logistics,制造 or automation environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and knowledge of warehouse automation/intralogistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics engineering projects from concept through commissioning.
• Develop and optimize warehouse/intralogistics solutions including automated material handling and storage.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Automation, Utilities and Purchasing.
• Manage technical interfaces with external suppliers, system integrators and logistics partners.
• Support CAPEX planning, budgeting and investment evaluations for logistics projects.
• Drive continuous improvement to standardize engineering solutions and share best practices across Ferrero plants.
• Contribute to development of engineering standards, digital tools, including Digital Twin and BIM methodologies.
• Ensure projects meet quality, timing, cost and safety requirements.
