Job description

Assist in the efficient flow of merchandise in and out of the distribution center (DC). This includes receiving products into the warehouse, filling store orders accurately and safely, while monitoring and ensuring product accuracy and quality. Minimum requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and power lift equipment (training provided).
  • Ability to work within set time frames and meet performance standards.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Capability to walk, stand, bend, and push/pull for 8-10 hours with a sense of urgency.

Desired qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of distribution center experience.
  • Familiarity with distribution center terms and processes.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to support all DC functions.
  • Skills in order selection, packing, wrapping, and shipping.
  • Experience in receiving, replenishing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, complying with safety regulations and documentation standards.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
