Job summary

Metro Greenscape, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Driver/Yard Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. CDL is preferred but not required; you must have experience and a clean driving history. You will perform deliveries, pick up materials, and keep yards and equipment organized, with some office support duties.

The role includes yard maintenance, pallet/material returns, and assisting drivers, with opportunities to grow in a landscaping/hardscaping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience driving in a job-site/landscaping setting is required.
• A clean driving record and good history is required.
• CDL is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries to job sites and pick ups of materials at supply houses.
• Maintain yard and organize pallets, materials, and equipment.
• Help load and unload drivers and assist in office tasks as needed.
• Keep tracking log on machines, equipment and trailers.

What You Will Do:

MetroGreenscape is hiring for a Logistics Driver/Yard Coordinator for a landscaping/hardscaping business in Charlotte, NC. CDL is preferred but not required. Must have previous experience and a good driving history.

• Deliveries
• Pick up materials at supply houses and deliver
• Clean ups of job sites
• Return materials as needed for credits.
• Hauling of trash from jobs site to dumps
• Trouble shoot issues that arise
• Maintain yard
• Maintain dumpsters are called to replace when needed maximizing waste disposal
• Organize pallet returns
• Organize materials returns
• Keep warehouse and yard organized and cleaned
• Keep machines organized in yard
• Deliver machines and pick up as needed
• Keep tracking log on machines, equipment and trailers
• Help load and unload drivers
• Help with whatever is needed in the office
• Order yard supplies as needed
• Morning meeting with Moffitt driver to review days schedule
• Keep track of service to equipment
• Match materials as needed
• Ensure when materials come back to the office, they are stacked and wrapped
• Install and remove yard signs as needed.
• Maintain your TO-DO’s on BuilderTrend software
• Other duties as needed and assigned

What We Offer You:

Hourly pay rate of $23.00 - $26.00 based on experience.
