Job summary

Bosch in Huntsville, AL seeks a reliable Warehouse/Driver to support warehouse and vehicle operations. You will move goods safely, plan routes, load/unload cargo, and maintain accurate records, ensuring on-time deliveries and superior customer service.

The role requires a clean driving record, familiarity with warehouse systems, and a safety-first mindset. CDL is preferred, with opportunities for training and advancement within a global technology company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one (preferred).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and GPS navigation tools (preferred).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
• Experience with inventory management systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport warehouse goods.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely arrivals and efficiency.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo according to safety protocols.
• Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and inventory transactions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Communicate delivery status to warehouse staff, management and customers.
• Organize cargo within the vehicle to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle interior and exterior.
• Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management and material handling.
• Uphold safety protocols and accident-free driving practices.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
