SwingWing Auto Haulers LLC in Dallas, TX or Baltimore, MD is seeking a reliable Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate drivers on nationwide mail routes, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain FMCSA compliance.

The role requires proactive route planning, real-time driver support, proper use of load boards and TMS, accurate dispatch records, and clear communication with customers and brokers. Full-time, $22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in trucking dispatch, logistics, or transportation preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, ELDs, and Hours of Service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
• Experience working with freight brokers and load boards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled mail routes throughout the United States.
• Ensure all assigned routes are covered and communicate with management regarding any coverage issues.
• Monitor driver progress and provide real-time support throughout each trip.
• Communicate with customers, dispatch contacts, and drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and schedule changes.
• Utilize load boards as needed to secure backhaul freight and maximize equipment utilization.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance.
• Assist with route planning and scheduling to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Resolve delivery issues and communicate delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Position Summary

The Logistics Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers to cover scheduled mail routes across the country. Schedule
