Job summary

Renaissance Personnel Group is seeking a detail-driven Logistics Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ. This in-office, direct-hire role supports day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating freight documentation, carrier relationships, and invoice reconciliation.

You'll analyze data in Excel, build reports for management, and work independently to resolve issues while maintaining strong vendor communication. Minimum 3+ years in logistics and a BS in Business Administration are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain operations.
• BS in Business Administration or equivalent degree; equivalent work experience considered.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and solid MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify issues or trends.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proactive, organized, ownership-minded.

Responsibilities

• Process delivery orders and Bills of Lading accurately and on schedule, managing related pickup documentation.
• Track containers and monitor shipment status, escalating delays or exceptions as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics vendors and carriers on last-mile lanes to ensure on-time performance.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors on routine logistics questions.
• Review, approve, and reconcile inland freight invoices against orders and contracted rates.
• Build and process logistics reports, and use Excel to analyze data and surface trends or issues.
• Support the management team with ad hoc analysis and reporting, and assist warehouse operations as needed.
