Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Lathrop, CA is seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry role within our Supply Chain Solutions division. Pay is $21/hour with a Tue-Sat 11:30AM-8:00PM shift. You will input driver trip sheets, verify accuracy, and coordinate with payroll, dispatchers and management to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a HS diploma or GED, and strong attention to detail. Full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail (≥92%).

Responsibilities

• Input and verify driver trip sheets for accuracy.
• Communicate with payroll, billing staff, field dispatchers, supervisors and management.
• Sort, file, and maintain logs of driver trip sheets.
• Lead data entry workflow and ensure deadlines.
• Produce statistical reports related to data entry.
• Provide direction to temporary staff on data entry tasks.
