• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receives, prints, and distributes load guides.
• Assist in pulling cargo and loading to meet daily goals.
• Reports deck cargo, short shipments/damages in a timely/efficient manner.
• Updates and distributes load guides “in priority” daily.
• Communicates with Loading Leader Yard/M&R on equipment and accessorial needs.
• Verifies all cargo is scanned in each load guide.
• Provides necessary documents for drivers to shuttle OTR and creates equipment labels.

Our client provides services from the U.S. mainland and the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos. Our client has been in business for over 25 years and is looking for a committed individual to add to their team. The ideal person should possess strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, dependable, and demonstrate initiative.
