Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in logistics.
• Proficiency with UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems for domestic/international shipments.
• Understanding of LTL and FTL carriers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support through standard practices and processes.
• Identify and resolve issues in logistics.
• Provide analysis with logistics tools and metrics.
• Analyze KPIs for logistics partners.
• Provide data updates and reports to management.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve exceptions.
• Lead cross-functional teams on significant projects.
• Maintain interdepartmental communication.
• Travel up to 10% of time.
