Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Logistics Analyst to use analytical methods to understand, predict, and control logistics operations. You will manage data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations aligned with management goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data modeling; familiarity with Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze reports to support business execution.
• Develops business tools and solutions to drive logistics improvements.
• Supports vendor/business partner relationships.
• Develops and maintains cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models.
• Performs data management including data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis.
• Supports ad-hoc queries and maintains reports across departments.
