Job summary

Pilot Company (SSC) is seeking a driven Customer Relations Specialist to maintain and grow 3PL customer partnerships. You will handle account setup, respond to pricing and delivery inquiries, and promote PSS services to expand the customer base.

You will also assist with warehouse tasks, prepare shipping docs, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year’s industry work experience required; two years’ work experience preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and basic WMS skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with PSS 3PL customers.
• Complete customer account set-up and maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries including pricing, delivery requests and issue resolution.
• Promote PSS services and build customer relationships.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely delivery.
• Support warehouse activities and ensure compliance with policies.
