Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Bloomington, CA seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to coordinate shifts, support staff, and serve as the interface between customers and operations to address issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in a lead role, and 1–2 years in logistics; previous customer service and operations background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a lead / supervisory / management position, required.

• Previous customer service and operations background, required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the shift and support staff on a daily/weekly basis.
• Provide an interface to the customer and follow up with operations to address issues.
• Review customer complaints with warehouse management and/or transportation.
• Ensure necessary documentation is completed and filed per guidelines.
• Lead staff to increase productivity and develop associates.
