Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
• Must pass a DOT-regulated medical exam annually
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• At least 21 years old
• May require a chauffeur's license in some states

Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Delivery driver experience

• Deliver orders while providing excellent customer service

• Drive safely and according to Kroger's standards
• Ensure timely and intact delivery of orders, resolving issues as needed
• Communicate with customers about delivery status and issues
