Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Harrisburg, NC. The role focuses on coordinating product deliveries, updating driver and load status in TruckMate, and ensuring documentation flows smoothly with drivers and customers.

You will handle data entry, communicate with management and drivers, and manage multiple shipments for several clients. This position requires accuracy, multitasking, and flexibility for overtime as needed.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in transportation clerical or similar role.

Mansioni

• Provide real time driver and load status updates in TruckMate.
• Provide coverage and communications for radio, phone and People Net.
• Ensure proper flow of documents to and from drivers.
• Effectively communicate with management, drivers and customers.
• Enter data efficiently and accurately in complex software systems.
• Perform clerical and administrative functions including sorting, filing and distributing transportation documents.
