Thistle Health Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support on-site delivery operations from start to finish. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will be the first contact for drivers, coordinate routes, unload deliveries, and keep rosters updated.

The role requires 2+ years as a dispatcher or similar, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Onfleet, G-suite, and Slack. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected to ensure smooth, safe deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a dispatcher or related role; direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver license and proof of insurance.
• CA Food Handlers Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries from trucks and organize routes for efficient dispatch.
• Check-in drivers and distribute routes; keep delivery roster up to date.
• Train and coach new and existing drivers; maintain shift reports and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new drivers and collaborate with support teams to review error reports.
• Act as a backup driver if needed and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Logistics Coordinators are often the first person delivery drivers meet in person, and they are a communication point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls from drivers.
