Position Overview

• Manage inventory and coordinate transportation, distribution, and delivery of assets for each show.
• Lead setup of Back-of-House spaces, including tent builds and asset storage.
• Ensure adherence to load-in and load-out standards to prevent loss or damage.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Handle equipment, tools, and materials properly, maintaining inventory reports.
• Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings to align logistics with event goals.
• Work closely with build leads to distribute assets effectively.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages.
• Create guidelines for back-of-house maintenance during events.
• Oversee packing and palletizing at event end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in event logistics.
• Knowledge of logistics, site setup, and asset management.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with record keeping and computer systems.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
