Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Logistics and Compliance Officer to manage inventory for all company equipment, including technical equipment and employee uniforms. The role requires creating tracking systems, analyzing inventory, coordinating logistics for equipment distribution and returns, and organizing the uniform storage center. Responsibilities also include preparing, routing, and managing purchase orders, reviewing shipment materials, and monitoring shipment costs.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and documentation skills, collaborate effectively with site leadership and employees, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems. Willingness to work in a storage facility is essential. Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage employee uniform and equipment inventory.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory and supplies.
  3. Complete reports and paperwork as required.
  4. Order supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  5. Work with Compliance to monitor posts for supplies.
  6. Track issuance of uniforms and distribution of assets.
  7. Conduct inspections to ensure uniforms and equipment meet standards.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics.
  2. Military or warehousing background preferred.
  3. Armed SPO License or police background is a plus.
  4. Flexible schedule availability.
  5. Good driving record, personal vehicle, and insurance.
  6. Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and standing.
  7. Willingness to work inside and outside warehouse, storage, and office environments.
