Job summary

Greenbush Logistics, Inc. seeks a Logistics Coordinator Intern for the 2027 Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in the freight management industry.

Interns will engage in networking, real-world projects, and community service events while contributing to a team focused on excellence and top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a Sophomore and actively seeking a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field with a GPA 2.5+.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of Greenbush Logistics operations.
• Learn Customer Service, Contracts, Insurance, McLeod, Sales, and Operations of the company.
• Work with the Logistics Coordinators, Account Manager, and Director of Operations on pricing and analyzing accounts, opportunities/leads, training on customer websites, and billing/account set-up on accounts assigned in the 3PL department.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Director of Operations.
