Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily load planning, routing and deliveries using WMS/TMS with external partners and operations.
• Serve as the key Customer Service Representative and central communication hub between customers, site personnel, carriers/planners, and network drivers.
• Handle escalated customer service questions via telephone and email with professionalism.
• Assist with inventory tracking and preparation for shipment.
• Arrange outsourced carriers as needed and provide backup to Office Supervisor.

The Logistics Coordinator II is responsible for handling customer load reporting and requests.
