HCI | integrated solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (GSA Retail Support Associate) with the following qualifications:
- Intermediate level logistics and/or retail operations experience.
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of one (1) year supporting government retail operations.
- HS diploma with an additional two (2) years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Curtis Bay, Baltimore (not remote).
Job Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face customer service in a retail environment, handling transactions, receipts, scanning, adjustments, and data entry into GSA’s POS system.
- Process order tickets, maintain a clean checkout area, and assist customers with loading purchases upon request.
- Perform cashier duties, validating prices, products, quantities, and sales transactions.
- Enter accurate Activity Address Codes, DoDAACs, credit card info, and generate reports.
- Assist customers, attend store meetings, and support administrative tasks such as sorting mail and correspondence.
- Provide order status updates via phone and email, and maintain order documentation.
- Generate and distribute customer order prints, match shipping labels, and manage shipment sorting.
- Resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation, and coordinate disposal or adjustments with managers.
- Update files, review and process orders for accuracy, and communicate with customers about order status.
- Prepare spreadsheets, audit accounts, and ensure proper transaction documentation.
- Ensure checkout counters are staffed and stay current with POS system updates.
- Research discrepancies, evaluate returns, and file necessary documentation in accordance with SOPs.
