The Global Transportation & Logistics (GTL) team is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support daily North America transportation operations in service of Tech Supply Chain customers and Global RAD Operations. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of outbound transportation execution — scheduling palletized freight shipments and small parcel packages, tracking shipments in transit, resolving exceptions and delays, and ensuring every delivery meets our customer promise.
You will work directly with carriers, customer service teams, and RAD Operations shipping teams to coordinate daily pickup projections, set customer delivery appointments, investigate shipment inquiries, and identify transportation consolidation opportunities that reduce cost while protecting service quality. You will provide solutions for customers by proactively resolving shipping exceptions, recommending optimal service levels, and ensuring every delivery commitment is met. This role requires someone who can balance customer obsession with frugality — making smart service-level decisions on every shipment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
