Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking an entry-level Warehouse/Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse activities and shipments to customers, vendors, and other Microchip sites, both domestically and internationally.

You will learn ERP systems like BaaN, AX2012, and the SA tool, and use the Ace system for filings over $2500. The role requires punctuality, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of strong shipping and logistics experience.
• Shipped internationally and domestically.
• Created airway bills in FedEx, UPS and DHL systems.
• Understood HTS/ECCN numbers, EEI filing; operated forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily warehouse activities, including shipments to customers, vendors and other MCHP sites, both domestic and international.
• Learn the ERP systems used in the warehouse (BaaN, AX2012, SA Tool).
• Prepare shipping documents and file shipments over $2500 using Ace system.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
