Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, receipts, confirmations, returns, and order changes accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and maintain order, shipment, and inventory data within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transportation carriers.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Monitor shipment activity and provide status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with driver check-in procedures and shipping paperwork.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and inventory activity.
• Escalate service issues when necessary and assist with resolution efforts.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, transportation providers, and customers to ensure operational success.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
