Qualifications

• Must be highly proficient with computers: email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all export, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Tender loads utilizing Ashland's TMS.
• Maintain and coordinate shipping schedule.
• Prepare Bills of Ladings.
• Print export, domestic and customer specific labels.
• Use SAP to confirm shipments.
• Assist with purchase orders, receiving, etc.
• Weekends are required as needed for month end.
